Kids Summer Camps

BizKids Camp provides youth, aged 9-12 years, the opportunity to experience the role of an entrepreneur. Participating youth will generate a business idea and with the guidance from their business coaches, they will run their business on the last day of camp! If the business generates a profit, the successful camper completes the camp with hard-earned CASH! 

Camp Dates:

July 10th, 2017 to July 14th, 2017 - FULL

July 31st, 2017 to August 4th, 2017  - FULL

*Camps run from 9am to 4pm each day

Cost:

Early Bird- $175 (incl HST) before June 30th - FULL

Regular Rate- $185 (incl HST) after June 30th - FULL

Take a journey back to the dawn of the home video game system, and learn about the technologies that were used to launch this multi-billion dollar industry.

Students (age 9-12)will learn about electronics design and programming as they turn a handful of new and salvaged parts into a fully working retro video game console that can plug into any modern VGA monitor. Some of the skills and technologies to be explored will include; soldering, basic electronics, salvaging components, programming, micro-controllers, 3D printing, and hardware design.
